California*
Hillary Clinton won here. Clinton won 55.8% of the vote, Sanders won 43.2% and 1.1% was scattered among minor candidates. Clinton won 338 delegates and Sanders won 207 delegates.
Montana*
Bernie Sanders won here. Sanders won 51.1% of the vote, Clinton won 44.6%, and 4.3% were uncommitted. Sanders won 11 delegates and Clinton won 12 delegates.
New Jersey*
Hillary Clinton won easily here. Clinton won 63.3% of the vote and Sanders won 36.7%. Clinton won 91 delegates and Sanders won 49 delegates.
New Mexico*
Hillary Clinton narrowly won here. Clinton won 51.5% of the vote and Sanders won 48.5%. Clinton won 25 delegates and Sanders won 16 delegates.
North Dakota
Bernie Sanders won easily here. Sanders won 64.2% of the vote, Clinton won 25.6%, and 10.2% was uncommitted. Sanders won 14 delegates, Clinton won 6 delegates, and 3 delegates are uncommitted.
South Dakota*
Hillary Clinton won narrowly here. Clinton won 51% of the vote and Sanders won 49%. Clinton won 12 delegates and Sanders won 10 delegates.
The overall delegate count for the Democrats is Clinton has 2,605 delegates, Sanders has 1,704 delegates, and 31 delegates are uncommitted.
With these results, Hillary Clinton now has enough delegates and superdelegates to be the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party.
